COVID-19 Delivery Information Update
Please note, that due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to offer guaranteed next day delivery during the COVID-19 outbreak.
We are working with our delivery partner UPS to send out as many parcels as possible. However, due to more people being unable to work as part of their delivery service we are seeing delays in parcels reaching their destination and UPS have stated that they cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel whilst government restrictions are in place this includes the self isolation of their staff.
We kindly ask for your patience during this difficult time.

For standard delivery we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, if your product hasn't arrived within 5 working days, you should contact our sales team.
All items are delivered FREE to Mainland UK, Wales and parts of Scotland when you spend £50 or more. Remote parts of the UK may be subject to an increased delivery cost which will be added to your order.
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchased unless there is a fault. If a fault has been identified then an exchange will be offered.
All livery kits and repair parts will be warranted, for parts and our labour costs, for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to, or collection by, the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Online Returns/Exchange Form
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the return address listed below.

You will be responsible for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items above £50 should be tracked.

We can not be held responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the courier.
Any orders placed after 12:30pm we can not guarantee next day service and will be defaulted to standard delivery.
