What if I spoil a piece?
No worries, just tell us which bit you have spoilt and for a small charge we will send you a replacement piece. The replacement piece should colour match perfectly.

How safe is shopping on your website

How do I change my online account information and communication preferences?
If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply log in into 'My Account' and select the information you would like to change.
If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into 'My Account' and click on the 'Subscribe / unsubscribe to newsletter' link.
Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.
When will my products be delivered?
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation. After we send your goods we will send you an e mail with subject 'Shipped' expected delivery timescale and parcel tracking number.
If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email using our Contact Us section or call us on 01482 363760 between 8am and 5:00pm weekdays only.
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may be possible at extra cost.
Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please use Contact Us and request a returns form or call us on 01482 363760 between 8am and 5:00pm weekdays only.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you have been emailed to confirm your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email or call us on 01482 363760 between 8am and 5:00pm weekdays only.

How do I use a promotion code?
Add products to your basket in the usual manner then go to checkout. On the screen where you can choose payment method you will find box 'COUPON' Enter promotion code and click 'Apply Coupon", The relevant amount will now be deducted from your total.
Do you offer discounts on corporate or bulk orders?
When you make a large, one-off purchase you can benefit from a discount. Frequent users may benefit from a volume rebate.
